Sorry for your loss.  
Frankly, I would not sell to anyone in South or 
Central America, Italy, Eastern Europe, Africa or
any 
Asian country save Japan and South Korea.
The worst beating I ever took was dealing with
Italians, which cost my family over $1200.  
I had the info on who did it (there were two
crooks
involved), where they lived etc.  The local 
Italian authorities just laughed at the "rich
American"
complaining about losing a tiny part of his riches
to one of their countrymen.  Well, my family had
a pretty thin couple of months- so much for the
"rich American."  I bet I never do that again.
