Maybe it really is on the up & up. I would be real leery, however, if the Col. sends a check in advance of picking up the radios,
and says, oh, by the way, the check was cut for $500 over the amount, just go ahead and wire the overage money back and meanwhile
I'm on my way to pick up the radios.
