[Milsurplus] NIST FY 2019 Budget Would Eliminate WWV and WWVH

How much does WWV cost per year to operate?
Maybe a go-fund-me on steroids involving some corporate sponsorships? If we get a more science-friendly administration they might only need to hang on a couple more years.
