[Milsurplus] NIST FY 2019 Budget Would Eliminate WWV and WWVH

HI

The “commercialize it” idea was at the heat of a couple of navigation systems. Essentially every user would pay
a monthly license fee for usage of the system. The more they pay, the better the precision gets. Pay enough per 
month and they would get as good as GPS. 

For some odd reason, even the projections of customers ( which usually are wildly optimistic) never got very large ….
