[Milsurplus] 6 meter freqs to monitor ?

In the ham's estate that I am handling now, I found a couple scanner receivers. The older one, a 20-channel
model, I set up and have the Coast Guard, local police and ambulance, which are all still on the 150 MHz
band and simple FM protocol. I have a few leftover channels, and I'm wondering what might be a 2-3
freqs in the 6 meter FM band to program in. ( This scanner does not do SSB. )
Also I have an Icom handheld that does do 'all modes'. What 6 meter freqs could I plug in it?
I'm not expecting, of course, a lot of traffic, especially here in little Newport on the coast. But maybe just to
be aware when there is an opening.
BTW, I am ½ mile from the Pacific Ocean. The other day we could smell smoke, the air was hazy, and the sun
just looked like a small red orb. It occurred to me, "Is this a practice run for the end of the world ? "
