[Milsurplus] Another unk connector

I think Robert nailed it. With a right angle backshell, it's also
labeled as a PL-Q268 and used on the SCR-618-A height finding radar. I
have only two pieces of equipment that use it - the AN/APA-17 direction
finder and the AN/APR-9 extended system.
