[Milsurplus] Another unk connector

As the contacts are lettered and not numbered, it can't be a Cannon 
K-Series.  Assuming that it's a straight cable connector, that the AN 3057 cable 
clamp is installed (to make up that length), that the coupling threads are 
fine V-form, and that the contacts M and P are larger than the others, my guess 
would be that the nomenclature is AN 3106-28-2S.  If the back shell is 
one-piece screw-on with fine threads, the newer number would be MS 3106A-28-2S.  
And the Amphenol number would be 97-3106A-28-2S.  I have a couple of them 
but nothing in my database as to what they fit.  If you ever find your ATR-11 
manual, you can check its parts list for the mating chassis male, which 
might be AN 3102-28-2P.
