It seems that all collectibles follow a valuation path that includes a nadir or valley at some time, when It's probably most dangerous in terms 
of survival for the period's artifacts. As for the stories, the telling of them gets put off, put aside, and then it's over and too late.
I was going to sell off my ROIF but paging thru it, the graphics are just so appealing I decided I'd better keep it.
There's another volume that is a little less common, and oddly, I can't remember if I have it also: "Radar Observer's Bombardment Information
File". 
I just saw that on Ebay there's offered a DVD of a compilation of these and other manuals. Nothing like paper, tho, if you have place for it.
