[Milsurplus] BC-348 ac p/s

The Navy contract for the EP-298 appears in the same postwar years the Navy shipyard modified BC-348 work was done. 
The shipyard itself wouldn't have any reason to monitor HF. PSNS did repair work on Navy ships, including the smaller
carriers. I suggest the modified for surface use BC-348s were for installation in CIC for monitoring and/or use as 
auxiliary receivers at Naval Air Stations. I know this is pretty nebulous. But that's a reasonable guess.
