[Milsurplus] CECOM website

[Bruce MacMillan]

CECOM had a website that listed historical documents they would provide 
for free. I received excellent docs on my BC14A receiver. The link no 
longer works. Have they "gone off the air" or changed URL? Can't find 
any update on google.
