I think the setup would be for a Coast Guard base, not a ship. Coast Guard base or lighthouse, if that suits....
------------------Yes; I had the ship-board version of this rig many years ago. The RX and TX were in a single cabinet (two shelves) and a large, odd connector for the power supply exited the side. It was marked for a (rescue?) boat. I sold it many years ago to someone on the lists, but don't recall whom. Possible I have photos deep in the archives.David S.
