That picture is in the book "PICTORIAL HISTORY OF THE SECOND WORLD WAR" VOLUME 10.
It is the bottom illustration on PAGE 226.
Annotated: American military personnel at work in the joint Army-Navy transmitter stations, WVLT and NZG, at base M, San Fernando, Luzon, in September 1945. Army and Navy radio men worked together at many installations.
