[Milsurplus] OT:ebays global shipping program warning

I've used Stamps.Com for all postage printing for many years.  Their 
International sub-program works pretty well (although there were some issues 
caused by USPS changes in their last rate hike, but I think they got those worked 
out).  I seldom actually go to the Post Office any more.  Plus on First 
Class Mail and Priority Mail, you get the "Online Discount" on the cost of the 
postage (no discount on Partial Post or Media Mail).

However...  there is a monthly flat fee of $24.99 (plus any insurance that 
you may have purchased).  So if you don't ship at least several items per 
month, it may not be cost effective.
