[Milsurplus] OT:ebays global shipping program warning

hi all,
        i bought though ebay a very good example of a russian  receiver 
R311 built in 1964, 1 to 15 mhz from american milspec ,the global 
shipping program decided that it was a restricted export please alert 
any people that you know as sellers on ebay to 'opt out' of using the 
ebay global shipping program with any sort of russian radio or any old 
military radio listing . as it may be deemed a restricted export and 
disappear. just thought all of you would like the warning.
