Jack,

No, the highest numbered panel listed in what I call AAFHBK2 on the fighter 
direction radio sets that use the BC-639 and 640 is PN-15.

According to SIG 5, PN-41 through PN-45 are part of Switchboard BD-129.  
SIG 5 says that BD-129 is approximately 19" x 14" x 11-1/2".  And is a part of 
Radio Intercept Central TC-9 and Radio Direction Finder TC-8.  So my guess 
is that you have a part of a BD-129.
