Doesn't count unless you first EMP all the noise generators in your
neighborhood.
I still maintain 1942 mid-Atlantic was pretty damn quiet - and a regen DF
rcvr could be pretty damn sensitive to teeny little electromagnetic waves.
Oh yeah, if you're in a freighter full of explosives will you still bet no
one can hear you?
