[Milsurplus] Connector for RCA AVR 20A

It was a nice set but I would prefer to just have the BC-1206, you still
had tower reception and in addition had Range capability. Taking off
from those "soft" short fields, the radio doesn't help much, adds
weight and in addition it clutters up a fairly clean cockpit.
