[Milsurplus] Connector for RCA AVR 20A

Perhaps American Phenolic changed the part numbers early in the War and
RCA, since they didn't supply the connector anyway, didn't bother to update the
manuals. If anyone has an AVR-20 or AVR-20A that still has the original
pigtail connector, a photo would settle this. I have half a dozen 91-MC-4F's
somewhere (with suitable modification, you can use them on the TBY). And in
fact, I started to suggest them as a period correct substitute.
