At least officially, correct on both counts.  AN/GRC-26D used Frequency 
Shift Converter CV-116(*)/U and either R-390/URR or R-390A/URR.  Earlier GRC-26 
versions used AN/TRA-7(*) and either R-336/GRC-26 or R-388/URR.
