I am not advocating changing anything.
Per the latest comments;
  Just curious what units are represented in the statement :500 - 999 
$35.00;
Is that subscribers, or emails per hour : 500 - 999 ?  Just curious.
If the numeric range is subscribers  that ~approx 36 cents per year or 
less, I don't know about anyone else, I could donate through paypal 
$1.00 a year, or 3 postage stamps what ever is greater ?-}
