[Milsurplus] Ferro regulated PS for dyno spinner?

I was thinking of the PP-1104C/G when I wrote the reply, Richard - I
have a pair for the flight deck. I never had the problem you describe
with the ART-13 dynamotors, and it even starts a big 95 amp 28v 400~
inverter with ease. Perhaps some checkout is in order?
