[Milsurplus] Ferro regulated PS for dyno spinner?

Richard,

I have two PP-1104/G, although one is just a spare.  When I got the first 
one, I had to replace one of the SCR's.  But otherwise, it runs as Mike 
describes.  I have never bogged it down.

P.S., the BC-1306 manual will ship tomorrow.
