[Milsurplus] Attaching cable to MS connectors

FWIW - I've just created a web page with copies of connector assembly
drawings shown in various Navy manuals. Just put in a couple showing
AN3106A connector assembly. I'll keep adding to it as time goes by.
Any contributions gladly accepted.

And I'll be a mild contrarian one issue - while you have to be careful
with heat-shrink to keep it from shrinking before you want it to, I
kind of like the extra mechanical stability and strain relief you get
right at the solder joint - if there ever is any flexing of the
individual wire, this will help protect the solder joint. Not vintage
correct I know.....
