[Milsurplus] Attaching cable to MS connectors

It helps to lay out all the parts on the table in the order they are to be
assembled, and check against the print.

And second the use of non-shrink tubing. Either varnished Cambric or
Teflon work well. Vinyl can be used, but it's trickier.
