[Milsurplus] [Boatanchors] Interesting Tool

Mike,

I can see using lathe or mill collets, but did you make a hand held Morse
Taper holder or something to compress them? Somehow I just can't see
holding any biggish piece of gear up to the headstock or milling head.
Most collets are smooth inside and require some considerable force to grab
on.
