That's fine at 2.54 GHz, which isn't one of our bands...  You need to do a 
real world test.  If operating at 1.8 MHz, test it there.  It doesn't matter 
what it does elsewhere in the spectrum.  It could be a total load or 
completely invisible to RF, but if it gets warm in a microwave oven, it's 
not good for that frequency.

element beams for satellite work and worked FB."

I tried that twice.  The first time it shattered in the cold during the 
Winter, the second time it became brittle due to UV radiation and shattered 
the following Summer.
