Ah Crap!!!
 
Twas not my intention to raise the ARB argument again, but to clarify the  
colloquialism  JUNK in reference to nearly anything that has since lost  
it's relevance to anything other than a romantic attachment.  
    The Edison quote seemed to sum it up for me in that  as one of the 
world's greatest inventors or promoters of technology, he had not  lost sight of 
the value of JUNK in the prosecution of the art of science and  technology. 
 And that is what I rested my case on.  That I presented  that quote in a 
non sequitur posting was a mistake and I appeal to all for a  pardon in this 
matter.  I sure don't want my precious butt to be tortured  in hell.
