[Milsurplus] X-band Noise Source

Hello!

Please, help me finding the specifications of a waveguide noise source
from RAYTHEON, with the following markings:

-Stock 1280-699-9448;
-Part 6346200;
-Cont. AF-33-600-33719;
-Ser. AF-59-616.

Mainly looking for the plasma discharge tube filament and anode voltages.
That one is CENTRAL ELECTRONICS MFRS, INC. model XD-12.
