Just as well, a buyer wins and pays, so far as that's concerned, the 
transaction was perfect.

Of the three negatives I ever got, all were purely for retaliatory and 
vindictive reasons.  I used to have a rule of not bidding if someone had a 
feedback rating of less than 98.5.  Then I started reading most of the 
feedback of most buyers that have something I am interested in.  Most 
negatives, most of the time were just huge pissing contests.  In rare 
instances, it is valid, but usually not and those that are you will see a 
pattern.

As for the feedback ratings, I've even seen it in the negative double digits 
and not just for one or two items, but dozens, sellers are still allowed to 
sell.  Protection?
