[Milsurplus] Fw: Beware this seller!

Ebay changed the game to strongly favor the buyer. A seller can no longer leave
negative feedback for a buyer; the only recourse is through the slow, labor
intensive and cumbersome official complaint system. But what's the surprise?
All over the place ebay claims to give buyers all sorts of protection but I
haven't seen anything from them promising to give a seller any protection. It's
interesting because although ebay has far more buyers than sellers and their
marketing is geared towards attracting that large pool of market money, it is
actually the sellers which pay ebay and from which ebay makes their profits.
They have a lot of temporary monopoly protection through questionable patents,
but in the grand scheme of things those will run out in the not too distant
future and they will be unseated.
