[Milsurplus] Fw: Beware this seller!

Have seen two conflicting stories in the mail this morning.  In one  
case the  buyer did not get the radio he paid for via PayPal (Clansman  
PRC-320) and can't get a refund.  In the second case the buyer (in  
Croaita) claimed he didn't get his radio (an S-20), got paid back by  
PayPal "immediately" and now the seller is out his money, his S-20 and  
is also in hot water with PayPal!

Am I missing something here?
