It could get worse!  The problem with paypal is that they are a money
transfer agency and they have fulfilled their obligation of transferring
funding.  They are under no obligation and at no point in my decade of
online selling, provided a refund, since one, that's not part of the deal,
and two, you wouldn't give someone a whole lot of money if you didn't trust
them, neither of which paypal cares about when they get their cut.

If you paid by visa or MasterCard, contact them, explain what happened, you
will usually get a full refund, it has been so in ALL of my cases, in about
five minutes.

Paypal, well, it hasn't happened yet, but I think their response time is 
somewhat never.
