[Milsurplus] GRC-9 Power supply Question

Thanks to all for the replies; particularly to Al Klase for the heads up on
the vibrator maintenance.
The rig was just acquired at the Shelby NC hamfest and is only waiting for
me to finish up the 28vdc supply before the fun begins.
