[Milsurplus] DM-28-Q Part Needed

When I was doing mechanical stuff, there was a company called PIC
(Precision Instrument Components) that sold all sorts of wonderful gears,
shafts, hangers, etc. The also sold inner and outter race shims in a
variety of standard bearing sizes.

Another similar companiy were Sterling Gear. You might also try Small
Parts, or even someone like McMaster-Carr or Reid.

The main issue is going to be trhe minimum order.
