[Milsurplus] Harris RF-350 / RT-1446 Questions

Greetings,
 
One of these has a chance to follow me home.  I've read all the online stuff 
about pro's and cons but have one remaining question.  This one does not have 
the matching power supply.  It looks like the power supply will give a nominal 
13.8VDC supply at up to 35A.  I do see notes about a power supply module that 
generates 5 and 15VDC, I expect for the "brains".  Is this in the power supply 
or is it inside the radio and gets its power from the 13.8VDC power bus.
