Take lots of cash if you're going to Apex looking for tubes. There's lots of stuff there (you have to get them to open rooms that may not be open), but there were no bargains ($25 for an 812, for example). But absolutely worth visiting just to wander around and marvel at the racks upon racks of Tektronix gear, etc. 73, ian K3IMW
