[Milsurplus] Scarce Items and the Coming Demise of Ebay "Hobby" Selling.

Based on my experience, I take exception to your commen that UPS is cheaper
than the USPS. But then, I don't ship Motor Generators, just stuff that fits in
Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. (Which the USPS supplies for free and even mails
them to you).
UPS doesn't even come close to the USPS rates.
