[Milsurplus] shipping

When shipping outside CONUS I think USPS is still better.  Here are two 
recent examples from last month.

Purchased radio 1 (weight 14#) - paid seller US$29 for UPS shipping. UPS 
arrives at my door & wants another US$135 for 
brokerage,handling,taxes,coffee&donuts.

Purchased radio 2 (weight 24#) - paid seller $50 for USPS. Arrives at my 
doorstep.

UPS collects dearly for brokerage whereas the postal system doesn't.
