David, All -

Frist I have to say in my opnion USPS is not the cheapest of carriers. 
UPS among others are by far cheaper, even FedX.  Surface mail was 
discontinued because it was not profitable, nor efficient.

Well for children throwing radios in the dumpster that their call;   
When the Epay reserve or starting price is unreasonable that is life, to 
bad.  My RAV or yours, is now worth a bit more.

Best of shipping.  There is always a silver lining some where.
