John,

Better quality printer/scanner/copiers will do negative output.  I'd never 
had occasion to use it but I just did a test print of a sheet of TCS 
transmitter calibration cards and it worked fine.  I then took that negative and 
copied it back to positive.  The machine here is a Xerox WC5638.  If you can't 
find anyone around there with a good machine, send it down here and I'll 
reverse it.

I am curious, however, as to why someone would have made a negative.
