The island of Oahu isn't like the mainland.  There aren't oodles of much of
anything here (except tourists, cockroaches and feral cats) so I went
through the list pretty quickly.  The shops here couldn't recommend a source
either so I have to get creative.  Or beg and grove a lot.  :-)
