This is the list you want to use for the tube era military surplus.
The other list - milradio - deals mainly with later model solid-state
military radios.
There is also an ART-13 mailing list on Yahoo Groups, but it's
relatively quiet.
There are many ART-13 fans and users out there, and many ART-13's on the air.
