[Milsurplus] ART-13 transmitters available

ART-13s do show up on occasion. Sadly most have either been physically
bashed up or cut up electrically. They are also heavy and big and hard to
ship. They often show up at bigger ham fleas.

If you have a clean, unmodified one w/ the book and are willing to pack it
WELL, please email me off list.
