[Milsurplus] ART-13 transmitters available

This is my first post to the list.  I'm assuming that mostmilsurplus fans are working with 1970's era or later militaryradios.  
Can anyone tell me if there are any ART-13 fans around andif so, do they monitor this list or another?  Would this list bethe place to advertise some of them or do most sell on theePlace ??
