[Milsurplus] Help identifying a military transistor

SSDI is Solid State Devices Inc in La Mirada or Norwalk, CA.  Makes a 
lot of Class S / Mil parts.  Part number sounds like a  customer dwg 
number.  30043 might be CAGE code.
