[Milsurplus] Help identifying a military transistor

The markings on the device indicate who made it and when
SSDI = Solid State Devices Inc. Their web page is http://www.ssdi-power.com/
C426 is possibly a part number
9330 = date code
3510-101 = part number
30043 = SSDI cage code.
You might want to send an email to SSDI asking for information.
Google does not find anything obvious.
