[Milsurplus] Help identifying a military transistor

Hello-
    If anyone has the time to help me identify a transistor-
    I have a box of transistors that came out of NASA surplus. Each one is serialized and enclosed in a small plastic bottle. They look like the MRF-237 in regards to case size and gold plated underside.
    The plastic bottle is marked :
                Date: 10-26-93
                P/N : 3510-101
                D/C: 9330
    The transistor is marked:
        "SSDI C426 9330 3510-101 30043"
