G'Day all.... tnks for info to date .. I now have a  better handle on the
meaning... For info. The measured No Load sec. voltage is 2.55kV and
original application via the pair of 3B28 was to a modulator and final from
a two section choke input filter--- NO  bleeder.
The tx was  AN/GRC-27 and this section from the MD-129A/GR modulator/PS.
Any help guys?
