Hi:

If you are thinking of buying the EMCU 12 > 24 VDC supplies (used
with Harris Radios) from a guy in the UK, I did and it was received
in working order. No problem at all. It arrived in California about
3-4 days later via DHL as I remember.

original vendor's web site. Use Google to find it.
