[Milsurplus] Mystery Instrument found in Navy Observation Dome in WA State

We have a site like that on Admiralty inlet that was used to track bomb hits for the old A-6 
aircraft when they were practice bombing......better contact the local historical group and 
see if they have documented it before it is gone.....the other one was destroyed several 
years ago by the State Parks

There are also a number of small, concrete OPs scattered around the North end of the 
Olympic peninsula and Whidbey Island (mostly West side) that were part of the Ft Casey, 
Ft Warden, Ft Flagler coast defence complex from about the WW1 era. Many on 
Whidbey have fallen over the bluffs, most are hidden and known to only a few that have 
found them, and the ones that are left are almost destroyed by teens using them as party 
hang-outs.
